About Us

Since 2018, Lacie Harmon has helped FERS and CSRS employees understand their pensions, TSP, survivor benefits, FEHB or PSHB, and Social Security so they can retire with confidence. She has worked with employees from agencies across the country, including USPS, NASA, FBI, VA, and many others.

Her focus is on providing clear, practical, actionable help: running federal retirement income estimates and helping fill in online retirement applications, along with supporting employees in making health and other insurance decisions.

Administrative guidance is provided at no out-of-pocket cost to the employee. As private consultants, Lacie and her team are compensated by the financial institutions that provide the financial tools we use to secure our clients' futures. This allows us to keep our core retirement counseling accessible to the entire federal workforce without ever charging the client.

We never use pressure of any kind in our financial conversations. We are always here to help, but it is always entirely up to you whether you'd like to discuss TSP or other retirement savings options. We're here to meet you where you are, and it's a privilege and an honor to do so.Most appointments are by Zoom or phone.
