Helping federal employees understand their benefits
Since 2018, Lacie Harmon has helped FERS and CSRS employees understand their pensions, TSP, survivor benefits, FEHB or PSHB, and Social Security so they can retire with confidence. She has worked with employees from agencies across the country, including USPS, NASA, FBI, VA, and many others.
Her focus is on clear, practical, actionable help: running federal retirement income estimates, helping fill in online retirement applications, and supporting employees in making health and other insurance decisions.

No out-of-pocket cost
Administrative guidance is provided at no out-of-pocket cost to you. As private consultants, we are compensated by the financial institutions that provide the financial tools we use, which keeps core retirement counseling accessible to the entire federal workforce.
No pressure
It is always entirely up to you whether you’d like to discuss TSP or other retirement savings options. We’re here to meet you where you are, and it’s a privilege and an honor to do so.
Zoom or phone
Most appointments are by Zoom or phone, so you can get help from anywhere in the country, on your schedule.
